The MATRIX Bowling lanes are
made of High Pressure Digital Printed Laminate that consist of layers of cellulose
fiber Kraft paper impregnated in thermosetting resins and bonded through
the combined action of heat and high pressure. During the pressing
process special metal plates impress a unique texture onto the lane
surface area that was specially designed for bowling.
Before pressing the laminate the top surface layer of our lane is treated
with silica based agents providing excellent wear resistance and
improved conditioner adhesion. The result is a far superior product than
our competitors.
